Starting the Blog

Well kind reader. I am sure you have stumbled onto this blog in much the same way I have. I have little to say at this time, I just wanted something to anchor this blog. My wife and I are preparing to leave Maine for Alaska for the first trip of our retirement. We have 12 days left to prepare. keep an eye on this site for stories and pictures.
